New Generation Robot Presented to VCs at Hanhai

Jun 11th, 2015. Gamma 2 Robotics (“G2R”) (www.gamma2robotics.com), developers of the world’s first commercially available security robot visited Hanhai office. The founding team of Gamma 2 flew in from Denver and presented its security robot to a room of specially invited investors from venture capital firms including Sierra Ventures, GGV Capital, Seven Seas, NewGen etc.
Gamma 2 Robotics has raised $4.45 million venture capital funding in last 9 month. G2R will leverage the new funding to enhance corporate leadership, execute a national product rollout and develop the next generation outdoor version.
Hanhai Investment and Gamma 2 Robotics hosted the event together. G2R' s founder Dr. James P.Gunderson and its newly assigned CEO Lew Pincus demonstrated G2R’s advanced Cybernetic Brain and proprietary artificial intelligence.
The vigilant security robots can adpot their environment and quickly respond to the change of the environment. The robots can reduce operational security costs, enhance reliability of operations and add new services, including mobile video surveillance, temperature and humidity monitoring and detection of intruders, fire, smoke, water, gas, explosive chemicals and more.
Investors and robotic experts from Sierra Ventures, GGV Capital, Seven Seas, NewGen etc. have shown strong interest in the robot.
